TENNIS- Australian tennis player Nick Kyrgios is known for his short temper and now he has once again reignited his feud with Australian swimming legend Dawn Fraser by calling her a racist.
The latest scuffle started after Fraser was made a Companion of the Order of Australia in Queen Elizabeth II’s birthday honours list. She told Australia’s Channel Seven, “I’m so very grateful that I’m Australian and I’ve been given this honour... it’s just absolutely fantastic.”
This clip was posted by the Channel on Twitter, on which Kyrgios tweeted, “Racist tho.”
The row between the two dates back to 2015 when Kyrgios was accused of deliberately giving up during a match at Wimbledon. At that time, Fraser has called his behaviour absolutely disgusting and told him to “go back to where his parents came from.”
At that time, Kyrgios has responded by calling Fraser a blatant racist.
