The owners of City based Immigration Company, Horizon Overseas Consultants, who have been booked for cheating and duping people on the pretext of sending them abroad have been denied bail by the local Court. It shall be noted that the UT police has arrested the prime accused Arvind Ashat and his wife Tanisha Ashat last month. Arvind was already denied the bail; the court has denied bail to Tanisha as well.

The UT police has arrested other co-accused in the case as well including Kartik, Pupinder Sood, Sikha and other consultants. Again 2 more arrests were made in the case including Gurpreet Singh and Jagat Singh who were involved in fixing the meeting of clients with the former.

However, the SIT was constituted in the case last year only and the bank accounts of the accused were already sealed.
