TENNIS- India's top singles player Yuki Bhambri finally made it to the main draw of the Australian Open after beating Canada’s Peter Polanksy 1-6, 6-3, 6-3 in the final qualifying round on Sunday.
Bhambri has been qualifying for the main draw for the last two years. In 2015, he lost to Andy Murray in 2015 and was knocked off by Tomas Berdych in the first round in 2016.
Another Indian, Ramkumar Ramnathan, will also aim to qualify for the main draw. He faces Vasek Pospisil of Canada in the qualifying round later today.
