SPORTS- Britain’s Olympic and world champion Mo Farah has been declared the BBC Sports personality of the Year.
Rider Jonathan Rea and para athlete Jonnie Peacock finished second and third respectively.
World heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua and Formula One champ Lewis Hamilton did not even make it to the top three.
“It is pretty amazing and hard to think about. I didn’t imagine I was every going to win this but... anything can happen. If you work hard you can achieve your dreams," Mo Farah said after winning the award.
