Nick Kyrgios fined for Cincinnati Masters meltdown

TENNIS- Australian controversial tennis player Nick Kyrgios has been fined $113,000 for his meltdown during the ATP Cincinnati Masters.

Kyrgios smashed two racquets, launched an abusive tirade at the chair umpire, and uttered a few audible obscenities during his second-round loss to Russia’s Karen Khachanov on Wednesday night.

The 24 year old has also been warned of another suspension from the sport once a full investigation has taken place.

Kyrgios is an extremely volatile player and has been fined several times and suspended for his aggressive behavior on the field.
