BADMINTON- Malaysian star shuttler Lee Chong Wei has delayed his return to competitive circuit till April.
Wei was diagnosed with early stage nose cancer last year. He underwent a gruelling programme of specialist treatment in Taiwan and resumed training last month.
He earlier suspected to be back by the All England Open in March but has now delayed his return by a month and will play at Malaysia Open in April.
The 36 year old is a three-time Olympic silver medallist and former world number one. He hopes to break the jinx at 2020 Tokyo Olympics and aims to win the elusive Olympic gold.
