CRICKET- Streaming giant Netflix is all set to launch its first Indian sports documentary based on Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Mumbai Indians.
Cricket Fever: Mumbai Indians, which will premiere on March 1.
The documentary follows Mumbai Indians on the road through the course of the 2018 Indian Premier League (IPL) season. From 2018 IPL auction to the tournament end, everything about the team’s on and off field action is covered in the docu-series.
Sharing the poster of the series, Netflix captioned it, “Sleepless nights? Nervous nail biting? Screaming at your screen? If you’ve experienced any or all of these symptoms you might have Cricket Fever, premieres 1st March.”
Conde Nast Entertainment has produced the documentary and shows the journeys of captain Rohit Sharma, owners Nita and Akash Ambani and coach Sri Lankan cricketer Mahela Jayawardene.
