CRICKET- Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Thursday provisionally suspended batsman Ahmed Shehzad for failing a dope test in April-May.

Traces of marijuana were found in his urine sample taken in May during the Pakistan Cup in Faisalabad.

PCB has given Shehzad until July 18 to decide whether or not he wants to have his sample B tested by July 27. If he fails to give any response by then, he faces a ban of up to two years.

Shehzad has played 13 Tests, 81 ODIs and 57 T20 Internationals for Pakistan.

PCB has also asked the Anti-Doping agency of Pakistan to constitute an independent Review Board.
